After adding a web map with an ALRS feature service to ArcGIS Pro, the Location Referencing tab does not appear.

Feature services are required within ArcGIS Pro to use the Location Referencing tab. Refer to the following link for more information: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/production/location-referencing-pipelines/edit-feature-services.htm対処法
- Add the ALRS feature service to the web map, and the Location Referencing tab appears.
- Alternatively, when creating a new project, add the Roads and Highways feature services to a blank map. Then add the web map to the project. The Location Referencing tab opens.
