不具合
After adding a scene layer package (.slpk) in Portal for ArcGIS, a temporary file is created, and the temporary file remains in the folder.

This issue is not reproducible. The temporary file is not in the folder as soon as the upload is successful.対処法
Recycle the portal service. The removal of the Scene Layer Package (.slpk) file from the temp directory is successful.
