不具合
Adding the port number to the Database server connection returns an error when attempting to create a new SQL Server Express geodatabase.

対処法
Workaround 1:
- Using a default port number (1433) .
- Omit the port number when connecting to the Database server.
Workaround 2:
- Use a non-default port number.
- Omit the port number when connecting to the Database server.
- Limited to creating new geodatabases from hosting database server only. (Remote connections require the use of port # when not using default (1433))
