This is the expected behavior. A schema.ini file can be edited to control the field length as desired. Refer to BUG-000086039 for more information.対処法
- Use .xls or .xlsx.
- Export the table to .gdb, and manually change the character limits of the fields to 255.
- Use the Table To Excel tool.
