対処法
1. Add the additional BLOB field is added when the SDO_GEOMETRY feature class is originally created.or 2. If the feature class is existing then a new feature class needs to be created with the correct BLOB fields and the original feature classes data can be loaded into the newly created feature class.再現の手順
