対処法
1- Instead of using the Project Properties dialog box to add assembly references, right-click the project in Solution Explorer and click the 'Add ArcGIS Reference' menu item. This brings up the 'Add ArcGIS Reference' dialog box, which can be used to add ArcGIS assembly references. This integration feature of the ArcObjects SDK is only available in the full version of Visual Studio, not for the Express version.
2- In Visual Studio 2013 Express, since the 'Add ArcGIS Reference' integration feature is not available, use the Project Properties dialog box to add an assembly reference. This leads to a number of compile-time errors, similar to "UID is ambiguous in the namespace ESRI.ArcGIS.esriSystem". To prevent this error, right-click the unnecessary assembly references in the dialog box, and remove them.
