不具合
Adding a map image layer published to Portal for ArcGIS returns the following error in Internet Explorer, "Unable to get property 'get' of undefined or null reference."

Internet Explorer has been discontinued for many years.対処法
Option 1: Enter the service URL to add the map image layer to the Scene Viewer.
Option 2: Add the service URL as a content item in Portal for ArcGIS, and add the layer using the 'Add Layer' button in the Scene Viewer.
