This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.対処法
The following WMTS server URL is written in the extensible markup language (XML), and this is available to display in the new Map Viewer.

Notice: This URL is not available to display in ArcGIS Pro.
