This is a limitation in the Map Viewer Classic that will not be addressed. The Map Viewer Classic is now deprecated (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). This issue is fixed in the new Map Viewer at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 and newer.再現の手順
