This issue occurs when viewing in Map Viewer Classic (JS SDK 3.x app) Map Viewer classic is currently deprecated. Refer to this link https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for more information. The issue does not occur in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and higher when using the Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK app). It is recommended for users to use the Map Viewer for all their workflows.再現の手順
