不具合
A user within a Portal for ArcGIS Organization with a username that is 20 or more characters long of only numbers (ex. 12345678901234567890) is prompted with the error message, "You cannot submit records to the survey since you are not Submitter or the Owner" when accessing a Survey123 form in the web.
