This issue will not be addressed as there are suitable workarounds available: Please use ArcMap 10.5.1 and later, ArcGIS Pro, or TilePackage Kreator to create your Survey123 .tpks.

対処法

Workaround 1 :

  1. Create a custom scheme using the 'Generate Tile Cache Tiling Scheme' tool.
  2. Go to File > Share as > Tile package.
  3. Tile Format option > import the tile scheme here.
  4. Provide Summary and Tags > create the package.

Workaround 2:

  • Upgrade to ArcMap 10.5 or ArcMap 10.6.

Workaround 3:

  • Use ArcGIS Pro.
