This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.対処法
This also applies to previous versions, where the user needs to request the administrator to update the script in the arcigisinput directory. This error can be avoided by combining single and double quotes. For example, query= "date_field > 'date' " instead of using slashes to escape the quotes.
