対処法
Host the image in ArcGIS Online and use the link to the image as the logo. The caveat is that the image must be publicly shared. To host an image in ArcGIS Online, go to My Content > Add Item > From my computer > upload the image. After completing, open the Item Details page of the image, click Share > Everyone (public) > OK. The URL to the image is on the bottom right of the page.再現の手順
