不具合
A script run with ArcGIS GIS Server 10.4.1 or 10.5 Python does not write the SpatialReference (3857) to SQLite database correctly. When checking the SQLite and file geodatabase output in ArcMap 10.2.1 and 10.3.1, the output layer from SQLite is shifted down, whereas the output layer from the file geodatabase displays fine.
