不具合
A Portal for ArcGIS web map created with a map service layer cannot be opened with ArcMap 10.3 using the 'item.pkinfo' file. Double-clicking the file launches ArcMap and the following error occurs, "Web Map Conversion Warning. Failed to create layer from service."
