不具合
A placeholder text in a Nearby Instant App does not change when adding the ‘locale=’ URL Parameter. Even when changing the placeholder text for the search bar, and publishing the app, it always displays as ‘Find locations or addresses'.

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Instant Apps. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
Toggle on all sources when configuring the geocoder and change the placeholder text. Then toggle off all sources. Use ArcGIS Web AppBuilder with the Near me widget. This is not reproducible with the basic template in ArcGIS Instant Apps.
