対処法
1, Open the ArcMap document containing the annotation feature class.2. Right-click the annotation feature class > Properties.3. Select the Symbology tab.4. Under Symbol Substitution, select Substitute individual symbols in the symbol collection.5. Select the appropriate annotation class > Click Properties.6. Select the picture marker > OK.7. Select OK in the Layer Properties dialog box.8. Save the map document.再現の手順
