A content directory path syntax utilizing forward slashes instead of back slashes causes the Portal for ArcGIS export site operation to fail.

Workaround
- Update the content directory path in Portaladmin > System > Directories > Content and to C:\\arcgisportal\\content.
- If using a shared location, update the content directory path to \\\\machineName\\arcgisportal\\content
