Using the Survey123 field app and allowing the device to enter sleep mode or auto-lock causes an uncompleted survey download .tpk file and returns an error message, "Error unpacking."

Workaround

The following settings ensure the device stays on during the download.Iphone 6Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock.AndroidSettings > Display > Advanced > Sleep.
