Amélioration

If user opens an MXD or LYR with all three of the Microsoft Virtual Earth layers (roads, aerial, hybrid) and then presses Cancel when prompted to login the first time, the prompt to login to the second and third services should not appear. User shouldn't have to press Cancel three times.
