Amélioration

All map services published to ArcGIS Enterprise after a server object extension (SOE) or server object interceptor (SOI) is deployed to ArcGIS Server restart if the SOE or SOI is undeployed (deleted) from ArcGIS Server, even though the SOE or SOI is not enabled on any services.
