Workflow Manager does not prevent administrators from 'soft-locking' themselves or other administrators out of Workflow Manager items.

Solution de contournement

• The roleGroups table within the main HFL of the workflow item (workflow_xxxxxxxx) was found to be completely empty after an admin removed themselves from the permission pool.

• (Example of a working table).
• After investigating the issue, @Sharon Ndayambaje​ and the TL were unable to find a way to add a new record to the table.
• Travis confirmed that no method exists to add a user to the table once the table is empty within the map viewer, map viewer classic, or through the table view in the item details page.
• Travis suggested making the edit at REST through the following method:

• The group_id must be replaced to match the current group that requiring permission.
