With Pipeline Referencing data, new events are being created, but old events are not being retired after performing a route realignment and running the Generate Routes, Apply Event Behaviors, and Derive Event Measures tools.

These defects are resolved in the ArcGIS Server 11.3 ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing/ArcGIS Roads and Highways Patch 2.
