Bogue
With Norwegian Bokmal (Norway) set as the language region and a comma as the default decimal separator, entering a value with a comma under 'Check Parameters' in the Length box is not possible for the Ready To Use 'Evaluate Polyline Length' check of ArcGIS Pro Arcade Attribute Rules.
