Bogue

When you open an ArcGIS web map from the ArcMap Search window, or the File > ArcGIS Online window, the pointer turns to the 'wait' pointer, then turns back to the normal pointer, then turns back to the wait pointer as the map opens. Can we prevent it from temporarily returning back to the normal pointer while it opens the web map?
