Bogue
When viewing hosted data shared with everyone in a Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1 web map, the ArcGIS Server logs report the following severe and warning-level messages even though the data is viewable and editable on the map: "Exception in setting 'ownership' role Failed to return the service configuration" and "Failed to return the service configuration."
