Bogue
When using the Survey widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder and a drop-down question is included in the survey, the question is not auto-populated when selecting a feature on the map that has a space character in the relevant field value.

Currently, the ArcGIS Survey123 website published survey only allows space in the choice label, not in the choice value. The space in the choice label will be automatically converted to underscore in the choice value when publishing, so the connection from the map to the survey choice question does not work when there is space in the field.Solution de contournement
There are two workaround methods for this issue:
1. Use ArcGIS Survey123 Connect to publish the survey, Survey123 Connect supports space in both choice label and choice value.
2. Use underscores to replace spaces in the feature layer.
