Bogue
When using the IDynamicMap interface to track a live location of a vehicle, all labels on the map disappear when the vehicle moves.

Labels should not be used in Dynamic Display applications and the behavior logged in this bus is expected, please see the following documentation: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcobjects/latest/net/webframe.htm#DynamicDisplayLimitations.htm It is recommended that any static data used in a Dynamic Display application (layers that do not implement IDynamicLayer) should be pre-authored using a combination of group layers and annotation or, even better, cooked at a TPK or even a Tile Service.
