This is an issue with Google Chrome v70 that cannot be resolved on the ArcGIS Online side. Google Chrome has already resolved this bug in Google Chrome v71 and Google Chrome v72 (beta, dev and Canary). Users can work around this issue by either utilizing a different browser, or installing either of Google Chrome v71 or Google Chrome v72.Solution de contournement
