When using the Desktop Administrator to change the value of the 'HKLM\Software\ESRI\License\License_Server' registry value, a '@' character is added to the beginning of the string when it is written to the registry.

Solution de contournement

Lock the vendor daemon to a specific port, and do not specify a port when defining the license manager in the desktop administrator.
