When using the Convert Time Field tool, the AM and PM designators convert incorrectly in the Korean language environment.

The input time format uses AM/PM while the Windows locale expects 오전/오후. The time formats must match, so the recommended solution is to use input format dd/MM/yy hh:mm:ss tt;1033;; (or select (en-US)-1033 from Locale drop-down menu). This allows the time .dll to compare English designators and produces the correct Korean designator when the output time format is yyyyMMddHHmmsstt.
