Bogue
When using the Clip Raster tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 on a multiband TIFF raster file, if the output is set to an individual TIFF file, the histogram is unavailable in the output raster.

Solution de contournement
Export the Clip Raster output TIFF file to a geodatabase or a Cloud Raster Format (CRF) file for the histogram to be visible and accessible.
