Bogue
When using the Calculate Geometry tool on a subset of features in ArcGIS Pro, the x- and y-coordinate values are misaligned, assigning correct data from one feature to another.

- Upgrade ArcGIS Pro to version 3.4.0.
- Use the Calculate Field tool with geometry functions to calculate the geometry attributes.
