Bogue
When using the CAD to Geodatabase tool, the DocUpdate field is 1-2 seconds earlier than the last updated time of the .dwg.

Users are checking the DocUpdate time with the time stamp from CAD through python to see if the file has been updated. There are dozens of these coming in at once and a handful have shown this behavior.
As a workaround, user create a range on the times of checking. However, users are uncomfortable with the maintenance of the workaround. They would like to avoid this workaround and believe clarifications on what is occurring is helpful.
