Bogue
When using the Buffer tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.3 against the user's data, ArcGIS Pro crashes when the Distance parameter of the tool is set to -8.6.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 2.7. It is highly recommended to always accept the default spatial reference xyRes and xyTol properties. Refer to the following links, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/geodatabases/overview/feature-class-basics.htm and https://support.esri.com/en/white-paper/1301 for a better understanding of spatial reference properties and how they are used in storage and analysis.Solution de contournement
- Change the Distance parameter to -8.6001 or -8.65.
- Change Method to Geodesic instead of Planar.
- Use the Pairwise Buffer tool.
