Bogue
When using the 'Add Data From ArcGIS Online' option, adding a hosted feature service in ArcMap displays only the first layer of a multilayer feature service if the service is created using a template in ArcGIS Online.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Uncheck the Capture GPS receiver information option while creating the hosted feature service using a template.
