When using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, a survey is unable to publish when using a repeat for the image type and the survey is generated from an existing hosted feature service with attachments enabled.

The workflow works as long as users do not add a repeat. Survey123 is unable to create a new repeat against an existing feature service - so this is working as expected.

Solution de contournement

Use an Excel file in the initial XLSForm design instead and the survey can be published successfully without an error.
