When using ArcGIS Server, Java Windows Server 2003 Custom fonts are not exported in PDFs.

This issue is essentially an access right of the local SOC account user - in many cases "ArcGISSOC". By default, in Windows Server 2003 & 2008, ArcGISSOC is a normal user having no access to the Windows/Fonts directory. So the customized font will not be readable by the SOC account user - ArcGISSOC.The work around to this issue would be to grant read access of that Fonts directory to the local SOC account.Étapes pour reproduire
