Bogue
When using ArcGIS Experience Builder, the list of map layers from the layer tool may extend beyond the screen boundaries because it goes beyond the limits of the web map. This causes the last layer in the list to be inaccessible.

Solution de contournement
- Add an extra layer (blank, dummy, etc.) to the bottom of the layer list so that the last layer is pushed up and made visible.
- Zoom out on the browser. This makes the app hard to see.
