Bogue
When using a basic circle symbol on a point feature layer in ArcGIS Online, the Print function output does not honor the shape for symbol sizes less than 16 pixels.

1. Save the web map and create a web app.2. Select the 'Web AppBuilder' tab and click 'Get Started'.3. Click on 'Widgets' and assign the 'Print' widget to the web app and click Ok.4. In the 'Configure Print' dialogue box, select the default format as JPG and the default layout as A4 Portrait. Click 'Ok'.5. Click Save.6. Click the Print Widget in the web app and click Advanced. 7.
