Bogue
When upgrading ArcGIS LocateXT for ArcGIS Desktop from 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 using an internal installer, the LocateXT toolbar and toolbox disappear in ArcMap 10.7.1 and ArcMap must be reinstalled.

Using ArcMap 10.7.1, install ArcGIS LocateXT 1.3.2. Activate the toolbar, and create a toolbox with the LocateXT tools. Then, install ArcGIS LocateXT 1.3.3. The toolbar and toolbox are fine and all aspects of LocateXT function properly. ArcGIS LocateXT 1.3.3 requires a license compatible with ArcGIS 10.8. The effect described may be due to the requirement of a different ArcGIS LocateXT license.Solution de contournement
Uninstall all previous ArcGIS LocateXT installations prior to upgrading.
