Bogue
When upgrading ArcGIS Enterprise with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) configured, after logging into the ArcGIS Server Manager application with https://gisserver.domain.com:6443/arcgis/manager during the upgrade (as required by upgrade documentation) the manager hangs indefinitely with the following message, "Please wait".
