When updating the Organization shortname in a Web Application item's URL such as Web Mapping Applications, Instant Apps, etc. via the Item Details Settings tab, the change is not retained in the Settings tab URL dialog after refreshing the browser, but is reflected in the Item Details Overview page and the item's JSON.

Solution de contournement

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Change the shortname again to a test short name, click outside the dialog box to save the change.
3. Do not refresh the page or leave the page.
4. Change the short name to the desired short name, click outside the dialog box to save the change.
5. Refresh and note that the Overview URL value and the Settings tab URL value now match and the app can be opened in View and Edit mode.
