When unsharing an app item with a group in ArcGIS Online, dependent items are not automatically unshared.

This is the intended behavior. If the sharing of the map or app with dependent layers are changed to be less restrictive, then users are prompted to share the other layers so the app performs correctly. If the app or map is adjusted to be more restrictive, it is valid to have the layers stay the same.Solution de contournement
Manually unshare the app and all associated items from the group.
