Bogue
When two feature layers are individually related to a stand-alone table and published as a map or feature service, the dates pulled from the service in Map Viewer are 24 hours behind.

This issue occurs because, by default, Map Viewer displays date values using the viewer's device time zone. In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and above, the option to select the web map time zone is available. When the time zone is changed from 'Device time zone' to 'Data’s time zone', the date fields display the same values as in ArcGIS Pro. This issue is closed as a known limit in versions prior to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.Étapes pour reproduire
