Bogue
When trying to view a hosted feature service published from ArcGIS Pro in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer 10.8, the following warning message is returned: "The layer, <layer_name>, did not draw completely."

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, which is the earliest supported release of ArcGIS Enterprise. If additional steps are required to create a reproducible workflow, please contact Esri Technical Support with the additional steps.Solution de contournement
- Set the 'Map and Scene' application settings for 'Basemap' to 'None' OR
- Set Coordinate System for the Map to WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere.
