Bogue
When trying to open an off-screen project template from Portal for ArcGIS in ArcGIS Pro, clicking the Group with the Template returns to the top of the list.

I can no longer reproduce this problem with Pro 2.3 build 15756. If you put the mouse over the list of groups, the list scrolls correctly to the bottom of the list with the mouse wheel. If you put the mouse under the options (Recent, Computer, Portal), the page scrolls to the bottom of the Settings menu only (i.e. until you see the Exit button). When you click a group in the list of groups, the list doesn't auto-scroll (i.e. jump) to the top of the list--it stays still as you expect a list would.Étapes pour reproduire
