Bogue
When the windows display scale settings goes from a lower percentage to a higher percentage, the dots per inch (DPI) of features in a map image layer gets above 96 dpi, which affects the display of features in the new Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x).
