Bogue
When the user signs in with a domain with an accent using Portal for ArcGIS 11.x with automatic registration of organization accounts enabled, it creates an account substituting the accented character with an underscore.

In this configuration, the external identity store manages and maps two different username representations to a single identity. However, since ArcGIS Enterprise delegates user management to the external identity store, it does not have knowledge of this user mapping and cannot account for it.Solution de contournement
- Enable Integrated Windows Authentication on the Web Adaptor with the WINDOWS option for the user store configuration.
- Use the LDAP option for the user store configuration while specifying a userSearchAttribute that does not contain special characters.
